The Town of Cary, once a small bedroom community, has become a town consistently ranked as one the best places to live in the United States. I moved to Cary as a child and have seen it grow from a popultion of 7000 to 125,000 today. Cary homes have maintained their value very well compared to other towns in North Carolina due to it's location to RTP, Raleigh and Durham, high level of educated citizens, and forethought of the town's Planning and Zoning programs.  Many of Cary's neighborhoods were leaders in the country for being Planned Urban Developments, and throughout the city it has interconnected planned park and walking path systems.
